Fifteen minutes. One bottleneck. One tool that fixes it.

Give me a quarter of an hour and I'll find the single most expensive thing in your week, then come back with the one tool that deals with it, what it costs, and the first step. Free, no obligation, and yours to keep even if you never spend a penny with me.

How it works

01
Fifteen minutes, mostly you talking

I ask six questions about where your week actually goes. No screen share, no prep, nothing to install. I finish by telling you which single bottleneck is costing you most, so even if we stop there you know where the leak is.

02
I go away and do the homework

A few days where I work out the right fix for your specific situation, rather than guessing at one live on the call to look clever.

03
Ten minutes, and you get the answer

One named tool, what it costs per month in pounds, and the first thing to do this week. That is yours to keep and use whether or not we ever speak again.

What this is, and what it isn't

One tool for one problem. Not a plan for your whole business.

Fifteen minutes is enough to find your worst bottleneck and fix it. It isn't enough to map an entire week, which is what the paid audit does, and why that one comes with a guarantee attached. I'd rather tell you that up front than have you discover it on the call.

Questions, answered

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but there is a limit. You get one tool for one bottleneck, because that is what fits into fifteen minutes. The paid audit looks at your whole week and typically finds five or six tools worth installing. If the free version is useful, I'll tell you about the paid one at the end. If it isn't for you, you still keep the recommendation.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. The questions are about how your business runs, not about technology. Most of what I end up recommending is an off-the-shelf tool that costs less than a tank of petrol and takes twenty minutes to set up.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

The first call is just questions, and the second one ends with a recommendation you can act on for free. I do ask once at the end whether you'd like help going further. If the answer is no, that's the end of it.

Why would you do this for nothing?

Because it's the honest version of advertising. Doing something useful for fifteen minutes tells you more about whether I'm worth paying than any amount of copy on this page. It also costs me very little, so I can afford to be wrong about whether you'll ever buy anything.

Who is it for?

Owner-run businesses of roughly 8 to 40 people, where the owner still makes the decisions and the week still runs on people. That covers estate and lettings, home care, solicitors, clinics, kitchen firms and trades, and it covers labels, managers, PR agencies and studios. The method is the same either way.

Want the checklist instead?

Not ready to book a call? Drop your email and I'll send you the Seven-Hour Week Checklist: six places an owner-run week actually leaks, and the tool that fixes each one. Free, no sales pitch.

Already know you want the full thing?

The paid audit is a 45-minute call, a report prescribing the three to seven tools that win your week back with real costs and hours saved, and a review call to walk you through it. £750 fixed, refunded in full if it doesn't find you at least seven hours a week. See the AI Workflow Audit →
