AI Workflow Audit for Owner-Run Businesses

£750 fixed · money-back guarantee·Report in days · review call to follow

You haven't had a spare week to work out which bits of AI apply to a business like yours. Meanwhile five to ten hours a week go to admin that a handful of ordinary tools would erase: inbox overload, chasing leads, retyping the same data between apps, invoicing, scheduling. What you need is someone who ships this daily to sit with you for forty-five minutes and name the tools to install on Monday.

That's the audit. I map where your week goes, then hand you a plain report: the three to seven tools that save the most time, what each costs, how long it takes to set up, and a four-day plan to get them running. If I can't find you seven hours a week within 30 days, you get a full refund.

I build and run this software myself. Over the last year I shipped TAP, SpotCheck, Newsjack and the rest of the stack, and it is all still in production. I work with owner-run firms in Brighton and across the UK: estate agents, care providers, solicitors, clinics, kitchen firms and trades, as well as labels, studios and PR agencies.

What you get

  • A 45-minute discovery call mapping where your time actually goes
  • A report prescribing 3–7 off-the-shelf tools, with real GBP costs and hours saved
  • An effort-versus-impact matrix so you know what to do first
  • A four-day quick-start plan you can run in ten minutes a day
  • A 30-minute review call to walk through it and answer questions
  • Money-back guarantee: seven hours a week found within 30 days of the review call, or a full refund

Questions, answered

How is this different from your other services?

This is the front door. The audit is where the quick wins get identified, the ones any business can install itself. If you'd rather have the deeper automations built for you, answering enquiries fast or moving data between your systems, that's the implementation build, and your £750 comes off the price.

What's the money-back guarantee, exactly?

If I can't find you seven hours a week of time savings within 30 days of the review call, you get every pound back. The prescriptions usually cost around £45 a month in tools. I'll put real hours on /proof when an audit has shipped; until then the seven is the guarantee, not an average.

Why not just use ChatGPT and work it out myself?

You can, and some of what I prescribe will be a ChatGPT subscription. What you're buying is the forty-five minutes and the report: which three to seven tools fit the way your week actually runs, what each one costs, and which to install first. On your own you would pick the ones you have heard of, in the order you found them. That's a weekend of research and a lot of dead ends compressed into one call, with a refund if the hours aren't there. At the other end, a custom build starts at £2,000 and this tells you whether you need one.

Do I need to be technical, or already using AI?

No. Most of the tools I prescribe take ten minutes to set up and need no technical knowledge. The whole point is that someone who runs these systems daily translates it into plain, specific steps for your business.

Who is this for?

Owner-run businesses of roughly 8 to 40 people, where the owner still makes the decisions and the week still runs on people. That covers estate and lettings, home care, solicitors, clinics, kitchen firms and trades, and it covers labels, managers, PR agencies and studios. The method is the same either way.
