The AI Workflow Audit · £750 fixed · Brighton
Find seven hours a week hiding in your business, or get your money back.
A fixed-price look at how an owner-run business spends its week. I sit with you for forty-five minutes and find where the hours actually go: campaign follow-up, valuation callbacks, the document chase, the quote nobody chased. Then I hand back the tools that clear them, each one named and priced in pounds.
£750 fixed · money-back guarantee
Based in Brighton and Hove? The AI workflow audit Brighton page covers in-person meetings at your office.
The guarantee
If I can't find you seven hours a week within 30 days of the review call, you get every pound back.
The tools I prescribe usually come to about £45 a month, which is why I can afford to make the promise. Seven is the refund threshold rather than an average: real hours go on /proof once an audit has shipped.
Try the free fifteen minutes first.
I'll name your biggest bottleneck and come back with one tool that fixes it, priced, with the first step written out. Free, and a fair way to judge whether the full audit is worth £750 to you.

Owner-run businesses of 8 to 40 people
Big enough that admin is a real cost, small enough that you still decide. Strong reviews, a week that still runs on people.
Estate & lettings
The instruction usually goes to whoever calls back first, so a valuation enquiry that sits for an hour is one you might have lost. Landlord updates and vendor chasing go out whenever somebody happens to have a gap.
Home care
Families ring on a Sunday evening and hear nothing until Monday, by which point some of them have rung somebody else. The update to the family after a visit is still a round of phone calls.
Solicitors
Chasing ID, searches and the other side eats the day, and none of it is the legal work you are actually paid for. I stay well away from the advice and go after the chasing.
Clinics
Appointments nobody confirmed, treatment plans nobody followed up, and enquiries for one site landing in another site's inbox.
Kitchens & trades
A quote goes out and then nothing happens for a week, because following it up is nobody's actual job. Calls after six go to voicemail and a fair few of those never ring back.
Labels & music
Labels, managers, PR agencies, studios, and artists putting records out themselves. This is the week I work in myself, so I know where it goes.
If you are in Brighton or Hove, the Brighton audit page covers meeting in person at your office. Industry-specific pages: estate agents, home care, solicitors, and music PR.
How it works
Discovery call
A 45-minute call where I map how work actually moves through your week: where the hours quietly disappear, and where your information actually lives.
Analysis
I work through everything you told me and pick the three to seven off-the-shelf tools that will save you the most time.
The report
A plain report: the tools, what each costs in pounds, how long to set up, the hours saved, and a four-day plan you can run in ten minutes a day.
Review call
A 30-minute walkthrough of the report. I show you how each piece works and answer every question, so you can start on Monday.

Why me
I build and run this software myself. Over the last year I shipped TAP, SpotCheck, Newsjack and Datasink, and all four are still in production. The tools I put in your report are ordinary ones I already run, so I know what they cost and where they break.

Questions, answered
How is this different from your other services?
This is the front door. The audit is where the quick wins get identified, the ones any business can install itself. If you'd rather have the deeper automations built for you, answering enquiries fast or moving data between your systems, that's the implementation build, and your £750 comes off the price.
What's the money-back guarantee, exactly?
If I can't find you seven hours a week of time savings within 30 days of the review call, you get every pound back. The prescriptions usually cost around £45 a month in tools. I'll put real hours on /proof when an audit has shipped; until then the seven is the guarantee, not an average.
Why not just use ChatGPT and work it out myself?
You can, and some of what I prescribe will be a ChatGPT subscription. What you're buying is the forty-five minutes and the report: which three to seven tools fit the way your week actually runs, what each one costs, and which to install first. On your own you would pick the ones you have heard of, in the order you found them. That's a weekend of research and a lot of dead ends compressed into one call, with a refund if the hours aren't there. At the other end, a custom build starts at £2,000 and this tells you whether you need one.
Do I need to be technical, or already using AI?
No. Most of the tools I prescribe take ten minutes to set up and need no technical knowledge. The whole point is that someone who runs these systems daily translates it into plain, specific steps for your business.
Who is this for?
Owner-run businesses of roughly 8 to 40 people, where the owner still makes the decisions and the week still runs on people. That covers estate and lettings, home care, solicitors, clinics, kitchen firms and trades, and it covers labels, managers, PR agencies and studios. The method is the same either way.
